We start our tour from your resort and head to the picturesque fisherman's harbour of Kouloura and then on to Kalami were the famous British author Lawrence Durell lived. Passing, Nissaki, Ipsos and Dassia to the Venetian influenced Corfu town. After a short exploration of the town, we head for to Kanoni from were we enjoy the famous and panoramic views over Mouse Island and the Vlacherna Convent. We continue our tour with a visit to the Achilleon Palace, built by the Empress Elisabeth of Austria. You will have the opportunity to see the museum dedicated to her and to Kaiser Wilhelm || (a later tenant) and view the gardens and statues of Greek Mythology, were you have a guided tour. Next stop is the Distillery to sample the local liqueur Kumquat and other spirits. From herewe travel inland to Paleokastritsa, the most popular and picturesque area of the island. There we will visit the 13th century Greek Orthodox monastery. There will be plenty of free time for lunch, swimming or boat trips to caves. Then we go to Bella Vista, described by Lawrence Durell as having the most beautiful in the whole Mediterranean. We then travel through the Troumpeta Pass to enjoy spectacular views of the north and central parts of the island. We swim where once swam the royal family. Leisure time. Crossing the gardens we will see the temple of Artemis, one of the well known goddess from the Greek Pantheon. This temple is dated between 6th and 4th years BC. We walk a stroll and we reach the Sanctuary of Hera (Gods mother). After visiting a small theatre we exit the Palace gardens and we continue cycling. We reach the church of Panagia Vlacherna and we admire the mouse island. Time for photos and Optional boat  transportation to the mouse island (2€ per person). Then we continue to the picturesque position of Kanoni. Time for coffee and refreshments. We return to the city after a down slop easy ride.  End of the tour.
